Family (kids, grandkids, siblings): Family still lives in NKC and I visit them frequently. I have lived in Florida basically since college. More…I prefer the sunshine and all the natural beauty that is Florida, though I miss the friendliness and rolling hills of Kansas City.

Hobbies/Interests:

Anything active including bicycling, kayaking, hiking, adventure seeking. Picked up the guitar again now that I have time to play. Novel writing.

Life Since 1969:

Military service during the Viet Nam War in the medical field. Went to college on GI Bill. Successful career as an engineer. Now enjoying retirement in Florida.
School Memories:

Having to take the bus to school until I could ride with friends, and then finally getting my own car

Hi all, I am looking to visit family for a month in NKC from Thanksgiving through Christmas and need a place to rent. I've had little success looking on VRBO or AirBnB. I need a kitchen, bedroom, private bath, and perhaps a private entrance. An entire house would be great. I can house sit and watch pets if that is appropriate. Please reply if you know of something. Thank you.
